Role Overview
The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions across the organization, while also supporting essential HR operational and employee lifecycle activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment experience and preferably have exposure to hiring within the biotechnology, biomanufacturing, or life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring requirements.
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
- Assist with exit formalities and employee lifecycle documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
- Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Prior experience in Biotechnology, Biomanufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
