As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Cult.Fit, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide a seamless recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the roles accurately.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating the offer process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and recruitment metrics effectively.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Cult.Fit as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Skills & Qualification
- 0-2 years of experience into Recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies for attracting top talent.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
