Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and smooth hiring processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices.
  • Support onboarding processes, employee documentation, and maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in HR operations including employee engagement activities, policy implementation, and performance review coordination.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and workplace concerns.
  • Manage exit formalities including exit interviews and clearance processes while supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience as Talent acquisition specialist or similar HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • To be aligned and participate in Organization initiatives eg diversity
  • Adds value to the business area through awareness and understanding of skills, trends and market knowledge of the business.
  • Good to have Technical / Professional Qualifications-
  • MBA HR
  • HR Analytics
