We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition to support our end-to-end recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in HR and gain strong hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, candidate management, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding
Draft job descriptions & coordinate with hiring managers
Source talent via job portals, social media, referrals & professional networks
Maintain candidate pipelines for current & future hiring needs
Coordinate interviews & ensure a smooth candidate experience
Provide timely updates and communication to candidates
Ensure compliance with company policies & recruitment ethics
Handle confidential candidate information professionally
Requirements:
03 years of experience in HR/Recruitment
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of hiring processes
Ability to multitask & stay organized
Passionate about HR and talent acquisition
Mandatory Schedule
Working Hours: 11 AM 8 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
