Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing Non Tech Talent Across - Field Sales , Inside Sales
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Pitching the Brand`s EVP to potential Candidates
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Ability to chase hiring targets and drive closures within TAT`s
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA in HR with a solid HR internship Experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Good Knowhow of Ms Excel basics
- Good and Fluent Communication Skills
