Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing Non Tech Talent Across - Field Sales , Inside Sales
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Pitching the Brand`s EVP to potential Candidates
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
• Ability to chase hiring targets and drive closures within TAT`s

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in HR with a solid HR internship Experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Good Knowhow of Ms Excel basics
• Good and Fluent Communication Skills
