Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, campus drives, walk-in drives, etc.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and culture fit.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports (Excel).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in bulk hiring
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
