Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, campus drives, walk-in drives, etc.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and culture fit.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports (Excel).
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Masters
- 0 - 2 years of experience in bulk hiring
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
