Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Create and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, and X-Ray searches for targeted talent discovery.
Leverage AI and recruitment technology for faster and better candidate screening.
Build effective Boolean search queries to identify the best candidate matches.
Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless process.
Maintain candidate pipelines, track progress, and report on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
13 years of proven recruitment experience with exposure to end-to-end hiring, preferably in a RPO or agency setup.
Strong command over job boards, LinkedIn (including X-Ray and Boolean searches), and AI-based sourcing/screening tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office 3 days a week. Open for Remote for an excellent candidate.
