Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition resource with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment. The primary focus of this role will be end-to-end hiring, along with supporting basic HR Operations activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across functions
- Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers on job specifications
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiations (within defined guidelines), and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
HR Operations (Secondary Focus)
- Support onboarding activities including documentation and induction coordination
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave management, and basic HR compliance activities
- Coordinate with internal teams on HR-related processes and queries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR tracking tools
