The MIS Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing recruitment data, generating reports, optimizing dashboards, and supporting the TA team with analytics-driven insights. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and timely availability of information to support hiring decisions and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain and update all recruitment-related databases, trackers, and MIS files.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports (e.g., funnel dashboards, offer tracker, TAT reports).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all talent acquisition systems (ATS, spreadsheets, HRMS, etc.).
Generate ad-hoc reports for leadership or TA team as required.
Analytics & Insights
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Build and automate dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI (if applicable).
Process & System Support
Coordinate with the TA team to track requisition status, candidate pipeline, and closures.
Assist in managing ATS workflows and ensuring timely data updates.
Create and maintain standard operating documents (SOPs), templates, and reporting formats.
Support audit requirements by providing accurate and timely data.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with TA leads to ensure alignment on reporting needs.
Provide periodic updates to leadership and communicate any data discrepancies proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or related preferred).
13 years of experience in MIS, HR Analytics, or Talent Acquisition support roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards).
Experience with Google Sheets, Power BI, or other reporting tools (preferred).
Prior exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and time management.
