What You'll Do Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates across functions. This role involves talent sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, stakeholder management, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and timely reporting.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
