Work closely with our internal team to improve upon existing hiring and develop an innovative strategy around scouting top talent
Extensively work on organizational needs to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.
Taking care of attendance and leave management
Maintaining and updating the employee database
Employee onboarding and off-boarding
Job Requirements
Graduation is mandatory and an MBA/PGDM in HR would be a plus
1 - 3 years of experience as a Talent acquisition from a media background
Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results
Excellent time management & communication skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
