Talent Acquisition Executive

We're looking for a smart, execution-focused HR / Talent Acquisition Executive to help us hire exceptional talent across technical, creative, and marketing roles.

This is a contract-based opportunity where you'll be paid per successful hire. It's ideal for recruiters who are confident in their sourcing, screening, negotiation, and hiring abilities.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and identify high-quality candidates.
• Evaluate Google Form responses and practical assignments.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate follow-ups.
• Work directly with our founder during the final hiring process.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 3+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Has preferably worked in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Can identify great candidates beyond what's written on a resume.
• Has strong judgment, excellent follow-up skills, and can close candidates effectively.
• Is confident handling salary negotiations and candidate communication.
• Can manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Takes complete ownership of hiring outcomes.
