Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and evaluate candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate periodic hiring reports
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Prior experience hiring for Media, Marketing, Advertising, Events, B2B, or related industries is preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
  • Experience using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and job portals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment reporting
