We are looking for a skilled Surveyor - Industrial & Logistics to support site identification, due diligence, and land evaluation activities across the Hyderabad market. The role involves conducting physical site surveys, verifying land records, assessing infrastructure readiness, and supporting transactions for industrial parks, warehouses, and logistics developments.

This position plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making for acquisitions, leasing, and development within the Industrial & Logistics vertical.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Conduct on-ground site surveys for industrial, warehousing, and logistics assets across Hyderabad and surrounding locations
  • Measure and verify land parcels, site boundaries, access roads, and adjoining developments
  • Assess site feasibility including terrain, drainage, utilities, connectivity, and surrounding land use
  • Validate land details against revenue records, layouts, and title documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams, local authorities, consultants, and landowners for data collection
  • Identify risks related to zoning, right of way, access, easements, and infrastructure constraints
  • Prepare survey reports, site plans, maps, photographs, and observations
  • Support acquisition, leasing, and development teams with technical inputs during due diligence
  • Track local industrial zoning norms, logistics corridor developments, and infrastructure projects

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Surveyor, preferably in industrial, logistics, or commercial real estate
  • Strong understanding of industrial land measurements, layouts, and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Hyderabad land records and local regulations
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across industrial hubs and outskirts
