About The Role
Manage the
integration and alignment with digital language initiatives, serving as the key liaison and ensuring smooth migration and system alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integration and migration processes.
- Act as SPOC with external initiatives, representing the platform in working groups.
- Maintain technical (DPI/DPG) stack documentation and ensure alignment with standards.
- Track migration progress, manage dependencies, and ensure successful adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and external teams to resolve challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in program management, preferably with government or large-scale tech integrations.
- Understanding of Voice AI platforms, digital infrastructure, and migration processes.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams and partners.
