Key Responsibilities
Change Catalyst Program Support
- Assist in coordinating and delivering the Change Catalyst Program, including initiative analytics, communications, and operational support.
- Facilitate initiative streams under the guidance of program sponsors.
- Organize and support training, mentorship, and networking opportunities for Change Catalyst cohorts.
- Track and report program metrics and outcomes.
- Contribute to internal communications, cohort updates, and storytelling to enhance visibility and engagement.
Recognition Program Support
- Collaborate with HR and initiative leads to implement and enhance the Change Culture Recognition Program.
- Assist in designing, launching, and monitoring recognition initiatives, including peer-to-peer and manager-to-employee awards.
- Gather feedback, analyze program effectiveness, and support continuous improvement.
Development of SME Pool
- Support the implementation of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) pool across IHDS.
- Assist in identifying and engaging SMEs to accelerate change initiatives.
- Maintain a diverse pool of SMEs to support organizational transformation.
Culture Engagement
- Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Support engagement activities, workshops, and forums to increase buy-in and future-proof the organization.
- Act as a change ambassador, modeling desired behaviors and encouraging participation in change and recognition initiatives.
