Job Description

• Coordinate with clients to identify and book meeting rooms and event spaces across APAC locations

• Process booking requests accurately and efficiently while maintaining service quality

• Provide timely confirmations and clear communication throughout the booking lifecycle

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and reservations

• Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of events

• Support clients across multiple time zones as part of the APAC booking team

• Ensure seamless handover of booking details to operations and service teams

• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced and demanding environment
