Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Thrissur. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students regarding their educational and career options. Daily tasks include assisting students in course and university selection, providing visa and migration assistance, offering scholarship guidance, and supporting students through their application processes. The counselor will also engage in communication with students to address their queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

> Minimum 2 years of experience as a Study Abroad Student Counselor in the education sector.

> Strong understanding of international admissions, university applications, and visa processes.

> Excellent communication and counseling skills with the ability to guide students effectively.

> Familiar with major study destinations such as UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and others.

> Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and online application portals.

> Passionate about helping students achieve their study abroad goals and succeed academically
