BI Analyst / Lead

• This role will help Open Blue teams and leaders with critical reports and metrics needed to run our business.
• This person is a strong communicator, who can guide a requirements giver to describing what they want and need in a metric and dashboard.
• They can also ask thoughtful questions of the datasets, investigate their fit for purpose and use good judgement.
• Lastly, they are able to use a variety of technologies from simple to complex, to create and iterate on the reports and visuals via user feedback.
• Technical Skills: BI Analyst, Power BI, MS Office Suite, and Snowflake

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experienced and demonstrated maturity in leading projects
• Business acumen, proven in any other industry and aptitude to learn the digital space. Software as a Service would be preferred but not required.
• Ability to define metrics.
• Attention to detail when identifying data and building calculations.
• Data Visualization including metric display, trending and charting, and varying levels of granularity
• Ability to directly communicate with the dashboard users and stakeholders who provide data/content
• Experienced with data analysis
• Proven ability to collect, structure, store, and visualize information

Note:

• This will need to be a Sr candidate who can lead projects independently with some oversight from the US based team/manager.
