Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Book commuter flights, hotels, and rental cars for pilot ops staff assist in making last minute adjustments
  • Maintain relationships with travel partner vendors
  • Assist in the reconciliation of expense accounts
  • Maintain workflows and processes
  • Assist in the onboarding of new Pilot Operations staff (pilots support staff)
  • Assist in new-hire scheduling, orientation, training
  • Assist in Concur presentations, training materials, and expense reporting for new pilot hires
  • Track and manage pilot records and repositories
  • Be available occasionally after hours and during the weekend for assistance as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly
  • Well-organized, dependable, and self-sufficient
  • Ability to act with discretion and handle confidential matters
  • Flexibility and a willingness to pivot quickly when needed
  • Accessibility during off business hours and weekends as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Logistics, or related work experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Understanding and responsibilities of working in a Remote work environment
  • Experience with Slack, Concur, SmartSheet, NetSuite, Zoom, and SharePoint
  • Aviation knowledge
