PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book commuter flights, hotels, and rental cars for pilot ops staff assist in making last minute adjustments
- Maintain relationships with travel partner vendors
- Assist in the reconciliation of expense accounts
- Maintain workflows and processes
- Assist in the onboarding of new Pilot Operations staff (pilots support staff)
- Assist in new-hire scheduling, orientation, training
- Assist in Concur presentations, training materials, and expense reporting for new pilot hires
- Track and manage pilot records and repositories
- Be available occasionally after hours and during the weekend for assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Associate s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Logistics, or related work experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding and responsibilities of working in a Remote work environment
- Experience with Slack, Concur, SmartSheet, NetSuite, Zoom, and SharePoint
- Aviation knowledge
