Role Description – Student Counselor (Dubai Operations)

We are hiring a Student Counselor for our Dubai operations, with the position based in our Kerala offices (Thrissur or Kozhikode).

This is a full-time, on-site role where the counselor will guide and support students primarily interested in studying in the UAE (Dubai), along with other international study destinations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert counseling on course selection and career pathways, assisting with university applications, and offering end-to-end support including visa processing and scholarships. The role also involves maintaining student records, ensuring timely follow-ups, and delivering a seamless and professional student experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of educational consulting and overseas education services

• Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work collaboratively with students and international universities

• Knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Counseling, or a related field
