Strategic Partnerships & Alliances (Mumbai)

We are form-factor agnostic and support a wide range of payment instruments including corporate credit cards, purchase cards, virtual cards, prepaid cards, and wearables, issued in partnership with leading banks such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, SBI Cards, and IndusInd Bank, among others.

Job Overview:

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business development and market dynamics, along with a proven ability to build and scale high-impact partnerships. The individual will work closely with senior leadership to ensure partnership strategies are aligned with the organization's overall business objectives and long-term growth priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, networks, SaaS platforms, HRMS platforms, and consulting service partners.
  • Manage complex deal-making and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership-level stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Establish and strengthen regional connects to ensure adequate national and global coverage with partners.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and verticals.
  • Own the partnership end-to-end, including relationship management and revenue delivery in line with the annual AOP plan.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Demonstrated track record of building, scaling, and leading high-impact B2B partnership channels.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to deeply evaluate business products and value propositions and translate them into effective alliance and partnership strategies.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset, supported by strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • High degree of ownership with the ability to operate independently, drive initiatives, and continuously enhance performance without the need for constant oversight.
  • Proven experience in establishing and scaling effective B2B partnerships across industries, including innovative and non-traditional alliances.
  • Collaborative team player with a solid understanding of technology; relevant tech acumen is preferred.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience across startups, fintech, SaaS, or BFSI, with a proven track record in building strong B2B partnerships and driving sales outcomes.

Role Scope / Exposure:

  • Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership.
  • Extensive cross-functional collaboration across teams and business verticals.

Location: Mumbai, Work from Office (WFO)

Reporting Line: Reports to Executive Vice President - Sales
