Job title: Marketing Strategy Lead

Role Details:The role is responsible for leading marketing strategy, performance management, and analytics-driven decision making across the organization. The incumbent will partner closely with the Head of Marketing and senior business leaders to shape strategic priorities, optimize marketing investments, and drive growth through insights, governance, and execution rigor.

- Conceptualize and implement leadership dashboards for tracking business performance and campaign performance
- Define and implement campaign attribution methodology for growth campaigns
- Act as a liaison with data analytics and ensure that all data needs for the growth team are met
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and market benchmarking to identify growth opportunities, efficiency levers, and performance gaps.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing and growth strategiesaligned with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Core Products, and Portfolio teams to ensure alignment on growth priorities, product propositions, channel strategies, and performance outcomes.
- Act as a trusted growth advisor to Product and Portfolio teams, influencing product direction, portfolio prioritization, and go-to-market decisions through data-driven insights.
- Lead the formulation of medium- to long-term marketing strategy, annual operating plans, and key growth initiatives across businesses.
- Works closely with Growth Leads to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and cross-sell initiatives across products and segments.
- Own annual operating plans, growth roadmaps, and key strategic initiatives in collaboration with business heads.
- Develop and own model for return on ad spend and ensure ROI optimization.
- Define and track growth funnels, conversion metrics, and cohort performance.
- Work with digital, media, and agency partners to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency.
- Partner with product, business, digital, analytics, finance, and technology teams to drive aligned execution.
- Present growth performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
- Own marketing and growth budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and outcome-based investments.
- Establish processes, frameworks, and governance mechanisms for marketing and growth execution.
Educational Requirement - Essential requirement: MBA / Postgraduate degree from a reputed institute (preferred).
- Work Experience - Essential requirement: 7–9 years of experience in marketing, growth, strategy, consulting, or business analytics roles.
- Proven experience in driving customer growth, acquisition programs, or large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Experience in BFSI / fintech / consumer internet / large enterprises is a strong advantage.
