The role of a Senior General Manager would involve overseeing and driving Channel Sales strategies in Metro locations. The role involves managing Channel Partners, driving Sales growth, and leading a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets. To
build a strong influence over the Real Estate network for that respective city. Shall be accountable to maintain the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage a team across multiple cities.
• Ensuring performance targets are met.
• Providing coaching and guidance.
• Strategise Channel Sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Drive revenue and market penetration in each city.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners (e.g., developers, brokers).
• Drive Business Development and expansion.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Achieve regional sales targets.
• Optimize sales performance through effective tracking and reporting.
• Willingness to travel within the region (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad)
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Post Graduation or Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 9-14 years in Channel Sales Management in Real Estate ( Residential / Commercial).
• Good connects with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike.
• Keeping the Team highly motivated and target-driven.
• Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
• Proven ability to manage sales teams and channel partners across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.
