Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Haveli for the role of Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure optimal stock levels. Responsibilities include leading and training a team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, overseeing staff schedules, and achieving sales objectives. The Store Manager will also monitor performance metrics, implement company policies, and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a seamless customer experience.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and logistics
• Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and implement operational strategies effectively
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in retail management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
