Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Lucknow. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service while managing staff and stock levels. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing retail loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. The Store Manager will also focus on building positive relationships with customers and spearheading training initiatives to improve team performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and staff
- Proven ability in Store Management and overseeing daily retail operations
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in a retail or footwear industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
