Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Gangtok. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, maintain product displays, and implement sales strategies. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring retail loss prevention measures, and achieving store performance goals. The role also involves fostering a positive team environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
