Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amravati for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store management. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, handling retail loss prevention, and addressing customer needs effectively. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and staff
- Experience in Store Management or Retail operations
- Knowledge of and ability to manage Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage teams and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficiency in basic business software and inventory management tools
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
