Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, manage staff, and ensure efficient customer service. Responsibilities include inventory management, achieving sales targets, motivating team members, and maintaining a compelling and organized store layout. The Store Manager will also be responsible for implementing company policies, resolving customer inquiries, and driving operational excellence to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in retail management, including inventory management, sales planning, and operations coordination.
• Strong leadership, team management, and staff motivation abilities to achieve business objectives.
• Effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving capabilities to enhance the shopping experience.
• Understanding of visual merchandising and store organization for a well-curated and engaging retail environment.
• Ability to analyze store performance metrics and drive strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with general store management software and tools.
• Availability to work full-time in an on-site role in Chennai.
