Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure a high standard of customer service, achieve sales targets, and implement effective retail loss prevention strategies. They will also lead the store's team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the store's visual appeal aligns with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for team leadership and customer interactions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the retail or jewelry sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field
