Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for the role of Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of the store. Responsibilities include supervising employees, maintaining inventory, enhancing operational efficiencies, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves implementing retail policies and procedures to minimize loss and maximize profits.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a proactive approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with employees and customers.
• Experience in Store Management and overseeing daily retail operations, including staffing and inventory management.
• Knowledge and understanding of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to ensure operational efficiency and minimize shrinkage.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar environment is an advantage.
