Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in Unsecured Loans, Personal Loans, Gold Loan, Distributor Sales, Upselling, Cross Selling, Business Loan products.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective distribution channel management.
Build strong relationships with clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in unsecured loans, personal loans, gold loan, distributor sales, upselling, cross selling, business loan etc.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
Strong understanding of retail assets lending products such as credit cards, home loans etc.
Excellent communication skills for building client relationships and negotiating deals.
