Key responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement:Proactively engage with high-net-worth clients virtually to enhance relationships and increase customer loyalty.
  • Sales and growth:Drive the adoption and usage of mobile banking, cross-sell various products, and on-board clients into the relationship banking program.
  • Service and support:Act as the primary point of contact, addressing all banking needs, product inquiries, and service requirements for the assigned portfolio.
  • Performance management:Take ownership of the mapped portfolio, focusing on customer service and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and requirements:

Experience:A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in banking products, with a focus on high-net-worth clients, retail liability products, and virtual channels.

Education:Graduate or postgraduate degree, with a preference for a background in finance or commerce.

Skills:

  • Strong relationship management, communication, and sales skills are essential.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated and proficient in handling sales-based incentive roles.

Certifications:Valid AMFI or IRDA certifications may be preferred.
