Responsibilties:

We are seeking a Business Analyst cum Project Manager to lead critical sales automation initiatives for our CPG clients.

End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full project lifecycle (SDLC) for Sales Automation initiatives, from project kickoff and scoping to UAT and Go-Live.

Resource & Timeline Management: distinct project plans, track milestones, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client teams and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 7+ years of total experience, with at least 3-4 years in a hybrid BA/PM role.
• Industry Focus: Mandatory prior experience in implementing Sales Automation projects in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) industry.
• Proven track record of managing Sales Automation / SFA projects (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Bizom, Ivy Mobility, or similar).
• Deep understanding of CPG sales workflows: Van Sales, Pre-Sales, Distributor Management Systems (DMS), and Trade Promotion Management (TPM).
