About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves owning the end-to-end product design process for our enterprise SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive design systems, developing complex workflow interactions, and designing data-rich dashboard experiences that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs that meet business goals and user needs. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in enterprise SaaS, data visualization, and complex interaction design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (advanced level) is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of design systems, interaction design, and user research methodologies. Experience in prototyping, information architecture, wireframing, and ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG) is required. A background in visual design principles, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, is also necessary. Knowledge of motion design, design tokens, and canvas-based UI experiences will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain comprehensive design systems, including components and tokens, to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Design and implement complex canvas-based interactions, such as drag-and-drop builders, to facilitate intuitive user workflows.
- Develop data visualization patterns and dashboard designs that effectively communicate insights and support decision-making processes.
- Conduct user research sessions with enterprise clients to gather insights, validate designs, and iterate solutions based on user feedback.
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and validate usability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to assess implementation feasibility, ensuring designs are technically feasible and aligned with project timelines.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and accessibility standards to continuously improve design quality.
