About The Role
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines expert CRM domain knowledge with strong UX research and design capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design of our next-generation AI First CRM and workflow automation platform, shaping how users visualize, manage, and automate business processes. The ideal candidate is someone who understands both enterprise product experience and user empathycrafting data-driven, intuitive, and visually elegant interfaces that enhance user productivity and satisfaction.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of CRM technology by designing scalable, user-centric solutions that integrate AI and automation seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers, and AI specialists, to ensure the delivery of innovative and user-friendly interfaces. As a senior member of our design team, you will also mentor junior designers, foster a user-centered design culture, and stay ahead of emerging trends in CRM, low-code platforms, and AI-assisted user experiences. Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design for complex SaaS, CRM, or enterprise applications.
- Proven track record of conducting comprehensive UX research, usability testing, and translating insights into compelling designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing CRM or automation platform design work.
- Deep understanding of CRM user journeys, including lead & contact management, deal pipelines, workflow automations, and analytics.
- Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility principles.
- Proficiency in Figma, with experience in building scalable design systems.
- Knowledge of data visualization, workflow modeling, and contextual user interfaces.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as ReactJS to ensure design feasibility.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including CXOs, product managers, and developers.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for CRM and workflow modules, from user research to final UI implementation.
- Conduct UX research, including user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify pain points.
- Translate complex business workflows and CRM logic into intuitive, efficient, and modern UI/UX flows.
- Define, develop, and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency across all modules and features.
- Create data-intensive dashboards, automation builders, and AI-driven insights with clarity and simplicity.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and AI teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical constraints.
- Champion a user-centered design culture within the organization, advocating for best practices and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in CRM, low-code development, and AI-assisted user experiences to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes, conduct user validation sessions, and iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
