About the Role:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at DoubleTick, you will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences for our conversational commerce platformsQuickSell and DoubleTick. You'll work in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to design experiences that empower 7,000+ businesses across 140+ countries using WhatsApp-based commerce solutions.

This role demands strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant, and user-centric experienceswhile ensuring design quality through to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from problem discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI execution
  • Design intuitive, elegant user experiences that simplify complex user actions across mobile-first and conversational interfaces
  • Drive design strategy and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver impactful solutions
  • Own and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to validate design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity
  • Clearly present design rationale and insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, engagement, and conversion across products
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting best practices and design excellence

Eligibility & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for mobile-first or SaaS products
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and high-fidelity prototyping
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile app UX, e-commerce flows, and complex systems
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently

Functional Competencies

  • User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns and platform guidelines (iOS & Android)
  • Visual Design: Excellent eye for layout, typography, color, and interaction design
  • Research & Testing: Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing
