Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathology role based in Bengaluru. The speech language pathologist will conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions to students in school settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with teachers and school staff, participating in team meetings, and monitoring progress toward therapy goals. The role also involves educating families and educators on communication strategies, adhering to professional and ethical standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of therapy programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Pathology and Medicine relevant to speech and language disorders.
• Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills, Histology, and Laboratory Medicine knowledge as applicable to diagnostic understanding and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Bachelors/ Master's degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional license or registration as required by local regulations, or eligibility to obtain the same.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings is preferred.
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans, use evidence-based therapy techniques, and track measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and gender-neutral practice that supports diverse learners.
