Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and skilled Speech Therapists to join our multidisciplinary paediatric care team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders in children while working closely with families and professionals to deliver effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments using standardized speech-language evaluation tools.

Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, communication, and oral motor skills.

Address concerns such as articulation, fluency, language delays, speech-sound disorders, and social communication.

Collaborate with developmental paediatricians, occupational and behavioural therapists for integrated care.

Guide parents on home-based strategies and progress updates.

Maintain detailed session documentation and updates in clinic EMR

Support therapy package discussions and parent onboarding.

Conduct at-home therapy consultation and sessions to reinforce treatment goals and improve child development.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Therapy.

Registered with RCI or relevant licensing body.

2-5 years of paediatric experience is preferred.

Expertise in childhood speech, language, and communication disorders.

Excellent interpersonal skills to engage children and counsel families.

Team-oriented with a holistic care mindset.

What We Offer:

Compensation: 65,00090,000 per month (equivalent to 7.810.8 LPA), based on experience
