Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Speech Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role also involves creating individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and caregivers to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and treatment for individuals with speech-related impairments.
• In-depth knowledge of addressing Communication Disorders and designing effective interventions.
• Strong experience in diagnosing and managing Language Disorders in diverse populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, with valid certification and licensure.
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric clients, is an advantage.
