Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru with partner organizations of asdflo. We have oartnered with clinical chains across India serving 200 centers PAN India.

The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders across a range of neurodiverse conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and monitoring progress. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and reports in line with organizational and regulatory standards. The Speech Language Pathologist may also contribute to caregiver training, case discussions, and interdisciplinary meetings to support holistic outcomes.

Qualifications

  • BASLP/MASLP only
  • Experience working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in children, adolescents, or adults.
  • Knowledge of Dysphagia assessment and intervention where applicable.
  • Recognized degree or diploma in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure, registration, or certification as required by relevant professional bodies or local regulations.
  • Experience or strong interest in neurodiversity (e.g., Autism, ADHD) and interdisciplinary care settings.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, with clear and empathetic communication.
  • Comfort with using digital tools for documentation, teleconsultation support, and care coordination.
  • Strong ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care.
