Speech Language Pathologist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, using individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, planning and delivering therapy sessions, documenting progress, and updating care plans in collaboration with caregivers. The role also involves working closely with other professionals such as occupational therapists, teachers, and physicians to ensure integrated, child-centered care. The Speech Language Pathologist will provide guidance and training to parents and caregivers, contribute to group therapy and social skills programs, and participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention for pediatric populations.
• Knowledge and experience in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Competence in working with feeding and swallowing concerns.
• Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from an accredited institution.
• Relevant licensure, registration, or certification as required by local regulatory bodies.
• Experience in pediatric clinical or school-based settings is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with families and professionals.
