Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication challenges in an on-site setting in Bengaluru. This full-time role involves conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering one-on-one or small-group speech therapy sessions. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and other clinicians to create integrated intervention plans and track progress. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records, preparing reports, and offering guidance to families on home-based strategies to reinforce therapy goals. The role also includes participating in case discussions, contributing to program development, and staying updated on current best practices in pediatric speech and language interventions.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Speech Therapy and the assessment and treatment of Speech disorders.
  • Strong clinical skills in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in pediatric populations.
  • Experience in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and related feeding or swallowing challenges in children.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with valid professional registration or licensure as applicable.
  • Prior experience working with children in clinical, school, or multidisciplinary settings.
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, document sessions clearly, and measure outcomes systematically.
  • Effective, empathetic communication skills for working with children, families, and cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
