Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with other professionals for holistic care, creating personalized treatment plans, and documenting progress. The role also involves supporting families by providing them with tools and guidance to help their children achieve communication goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in addressing speech disorders as part of developmental interventions
• Strong knowledge of diagnosing and managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Experience in assessing and treating Dysphagia and related pediatric conditions
• Solid understanding of developmental milestones and managing children with diverse needs
• Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Relevant certification/licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in pediatric intervention is an added advantage
