Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will provide therapy to individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing challenges in communication and swallowing, designing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care. The role also entails providing guidance to patients and their families to support long-term progress.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and Dysphagia management
• Proficiency in assessing and treating Speech and Language Disorders
• Experience working with individuals with Communication Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
• Ability to develop and implement tailored therapy plans
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a similar healthcare or rehabilitation setting is an advantage
