Speech Language Pathologist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a pediatric specialty center located in Bengaluru, offering world-class services to children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. Our multidisciplinary clinic provides Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, working closely with families to ensure consistent progress, and collaborating with other therapists and educators to deliver comprehensive care. The Speech Language Pathologist will also be involved in documenting progress, preparing reports, and participating in team meetings.

• Skills in Speech Therapy, Speech, and Dysphagia
• Experience with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications and licenses to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with children with special needs is a plus
