Responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within a company.
Typically Performs One Or More Of The Following In Capacity Of Either An Individual Contributor (as Directed And/or Independently), Or As a Manager
- Plans , directs. and administers an organization's employment and recruiting strategies, policies, and objectives to achieve optimal staffing levels for organizations current and future resource needs that meet governmental requirements and minimizes cost per hire.
- Develops relationships with internal business units and external recruitment partners to identify and recruit qualified talent in a timely manner.
- Directs the design and implementation of candidate sourcing/selection processes, resume/CV management and other recruitment tools for management, professional, technical and support level positions driving the staffing of a diverse organization.
- Monitors the status of all recruitment prospects and analyzing statistical recruiting data to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
- Performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Works and collaborates other projects and/or assignments as needed
