Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various job roles as per client requirements.
2. Conduct initial candidate screenings, including interviews and assessments.
3. Allocate fresh data for calling and manage recruitment tasks efficiently.
4. Understand client details, job descriptions, and recruitment needs.
5. Guide candidates through the interview process and provide feedback.
6. Perform live screening and conduct demo interview calls.
7. Regularly complete and submit tasks/homework as part of the training process.
8. Help improve recruitment skills by participating in ongoing training sessions.
9. Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring a quality candidate experience.

Eligibility:

1. This position is open to individuals with a keen interest in recruitment and human resources.
2. We are seeking individuals with strong proficiency in both English and Hindi.
3. This opportunity is exclusively for immediate joiners who are not currently employed elsewhere.

5. To ensure seamless workflow, candidates must have their own laptop or desktop in good working condition along with a stable WiFi connection at home. Shared devices are not permitted.
