Years of Experience - Min 2- 4 yrs in a Sales driven organization

(Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/RealEstate/Banking)

Education Qualification - Any Graduate; MBA in HR would be desirable

Location –Bangalore. (Work from office)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Mid-level/ Sr Level /Leadership hiring

- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications

- Develop pool of qualified candidates

- Grievance handling

- Well versed with various recruitment tools (including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn,

Facebook, Free Job Sites etc)

- Good communication skills

- Confident, Energetic, Target Oriented

- Should be able to capture and maintain data

- Should be able to handle both Recruitments (80%) & HR Operations (20%)
