Solution Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Solution Architect to play a high-ownership, high-visibility role across the organization. This individual will operate across solutioning, sales enablement, and project delivery.

The role is will involve engaging with prospects, shaping opportunities, building proposals, and delivering strategic client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Solutioning & Proposal Leadership:

Lead rapid solutioning sessions with prospects and clients.

Engage in direct prospect communication to understand business context, technical landscape, and transformation goals.

Articulate value propositions, differentiators, and competitive positioning.

Collaborate with Sales, Practice Leads, Delivery Teams, and SMEs to consolidate comprehensive proposals.

Own and contribute to:

o RFP/RFI/RFQ responses

o Technical proposals and solution decks

o Architecture blueprints and diagrams

o Effort estimations

Project Delivery & Architectural Oversight:

Act as Solution Architect on key client engagements.

Lead or guide delivery of strategic projects.

Provide technical direction across project teams.

Ensure alignment between proposed architecture and implementation.

Support multi-project or multi-stream initiatives where architectural governance is required.

Act as a consulting advisor to client stakeholders..

Practice & Capability Development

Contribute to COE initiatives, accelerators, and reusable solution assets.

Support research and innovation aligned to market demands.

Mentor teams on architectural best practices.

Guide internal technical direction across cross-functional teams.

Participate in thought leadership, solution frameworks, and capability building.

Technical Expertise:

At least 4+ years in Architect role is expected.

The ideal profile will include working knowledge and architectural experience across multiple areas such as:

Modern Application Architecture (Microservices, APIs, distributed systems)

Cloud-native design across AWS, Azure, or GCP

Containerization and orchestration

DevOps and CI/CD practices, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation

Data architecture Foundation (data pipelines, warehousing, analytics enablement)

AI/ML solution awareness, including applied enterprise use cases

Security, scalability, resilience, and performance-driven design principles.

Experience:

Overall 10+ years of overall experience in IT/Technology services.

Prior experience as:

o Solution Architect/Technical Architect/ Senior Technical Consultant OR similar architecture-focused roles

Exposure to RFP/RFI processes and structured solutioning cycles is highly valued.

Experience engaging with global clients across different geographies and market conditions is preferred.
